✅ Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Jewelry returns are accepted only if defective or damaged on arrival.

✅ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

✅ Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or in the wrong size (for belts/garments).

  • Exchange requests must be raised within the return window.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, custom-made, or clearance sale products.

  • Jewelry worn or altered after delivery.
